Prince Gura is a major antagonist of Tetsujin 28.
History[]
Gura is the son of Uchuumaou. Uchuumaou loves him and treats him with affection, appointing him a significant position in his military. He loves his father in turn and wants to make him proud.
In spite of the fact that Uchuumaou resembles a giant demon, Gura has a human-like appearance. This could imply Gura is half-human/half-non-demon humanoid alien. His mother is never shown.

Tetsujin 28 (1980)[]
Gura was originally sealed in a capsule for his own safety by Uchuumaou when his planet was destroyed. He was awakened years later by Dr. Shikishima and his colleagues, who unthawed his body. Gura originally had no memories of his past life, and befriended Shotaro Kaneda and Makiko Shikishima. However, once he regained them, he turned against the humans that helped him and chose to aid his father instead.
Super Robot Wars[]
Z3 (Jigoku - hen)[]
In the Neo Zeon silent observation route, Gura's capsule is excavated on an asteroid in space. Should he survive, he will leave his father.
Z3 (Tengoku - hen)[]
In the final stages, Gura joins the army. He has a wealth of skills such as supernatural powers, and has a high overall ability, and the assist weapons on his aircraft have a long range and are easy to use.
